1.4 Free and Beta Features

We may make certain features available free of charge or as a beta preview. Free and beta features are provided for evaluation purposes only, may be discontinued at any time, and are provided "AS IS" without any service level or support commitment.

1.5 Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with optional third-party tools governed by their own terms. FastPDFEditor is not responsible for third-party services. By enabling a third-party integration you authorise us to share relevant account data with that provider.

We may enhance, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We will not materially reduce core functionality without reasonable notice.

2. Content Ownership

2.1 Your Content

2.2 Our Content

All content, software, trademarks and intellectual property forming part of the Services belong to FastPDFEditor or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

2.3 Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions or feedback regarding the Services, you grant FastPDFEditor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

2.4 DMCA and Takedown Requests

If you believe that content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please follow our DMCA & Content Takedown Policy.

3. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party's non-public confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only as necessary to perform under this Agreement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this Agreement for three (3) years.

4. Licence to Use the Services

4.1 Your Licence

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, FastPDFEditor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

4.3 Protective Actions

If we reasonably determine that you have violated any of the above restrictions, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, remove violating content, or take other appropriate action. We will endeavour to notify you without unreasonable delay.

5. Electronic Communications

By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you agree to receive electronic communications from FastPDFEditor, including notices about your subscription, payments, security, and changes to the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold FastPDFEditor and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) Your Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights; (b) your violation of Section 4 (Licence); or (c) your breach of applicable law.
